Horst Estate and The Art Design Project is pleased to host the first solo show of Horst P. Horst in Turkey between 13 September – 24 November, 2018. The artist was known as “the Master of Light” in fashion and portrait photography.

To be held in parallel with the 15th Istanbul Biennale, theme of the solo exhibition will be the masculinity sociology pounded by social gender studies in the last years.

Arslan Sükan’s “Prelude”

Leica Gallery Istanbul is pleased to host Arslan Sükan’s solo exhibition “Prelude” between June 8 – August 5, 2017. Sükan is a multi-faceted artist who is trained in interior architecture and photography and has tackled with ideas that question the limitations of human perception, the borders of the physical and the virtual as well as the visible and the invisible. Sükan’s work positions the artist as a challenging narrator who re-creates an idea or a form that confirm viewer expectations at first glance while undercutting them in practice.
